Project Description:
Crown Towers is the first oval-shaped building in Macau. It is a luxurious and modern 33-storey casino hotel providing around 300 guest rooms. It is one of the three hotels inside City of Dreams located at Cotai Strip, Macau.

Project Description:
Cybercentre is a five-storey shopping and amusement centre at Cyberport. The project comprises a shopping centre, a restaurant, a cinema and food court. The total constructed floor area is approximately 53,000 square metres. Due to a critically tight construction period, Southa adopted the following installation methods to minimise construction time:
- combined bracket system in back of house area
- pre-insulated chilled water pipe system
- pre-insulated air ducts

Project Description:
Domain, with total gross floor area of about 45,000 square metres, is a mega 8-storey shopping mall in Yau Tong. It is the largest one owned by Hong Kong Housing Authority. Domain was accredited with Excellent Award in Shopping Mall / Pedestrian Category of HKIA Cross-Strait Architectural Design Awards 2015.

"The 13" is established by The 13 Group as a new standard for luxury hotels by seeking to recapture the values of a golden age. The 23-storey hotel with total gross floor area of around 88,000 square metres, located at Cotai Strip, Macau, covers an area of around 6,000 square metres and provides 200 all-villa rooms.

Project Description:
The Peak Galleria is now one of the landmarks for tourists visiting Hong Kong. It is a 4-storey shopping mall complex, at more than 400 metres above sea level with a land area around 12,000 square metres, providing excellent shopping and catering facilities. There is also a spectacular view of the Hong Kong skyline on the podium and top doors. A dancing fountain in front of the main entrance attracts children and visitors.
