Ms. Rosenna Choi graduated with her bachelor’s and MBA degree from well-known universities in the United States and joined Southa in 2022. She has 20 years experience in the field of human resources, operations and customer services with specialties in transformation and change management. She is responsible for the human resources management of the Group.

Ms. Edith Lee joined Southa in 1984 and has over 30 years of experience in finance and accounting. She has been equipped with both theoretical and practical knowledge in accountancy and departmental supervision.  Ms Lee functions as a bridge to the Group’s finance providers.

BBA

Ms. Alice Ng, joined Southa in 1982, is one of the founding team members. She continued study to enhance her academic qualification and practical performance, and BBA was subsequently awarded to her in 1994. She has worked in various departments including sales and marketing, project operation, shipping and human resources over the past 30 odd years and acquired sound experience in administration and office management. Since 1997, she has taken up the Group's administration duty.

Mr. Jerry Cheng is a founding member of our Building Automation Division in 1995. He has over 20 years of solid experience in this field and is now our chief operation officer leading a strong team of professional engineers and technicians, which has completed numerous iconic public projects including major hospitals and public facilities.

Mr Sunny Ho joined Southa in 1996 and has over 25 years experience in the air-conditioning and refrigeration industry. He has completed a number of major public projects including hospitals and the award-winning Public Health Laboratory Centre and North Lantau Hospital.

Mr. M. S. Kwan joined Southa in 1989 and has been working in the electrical contracting field for more than 30 years. He is now our Associate Director and managing all aspects of our electrical contracting operation.

Mr. S. C. Kwong has over 30 years of experience in the field of HVAC contracting.   He has been in charge of many infrastructure projects and is now our Associate Director and responsible for management of multi-disciplinary projects. He has been with Southa since 1988.

Mr. Rays Ng joined Southa in 2005 and has more than 25 years experience in mechanical and building services engineering. Mr. Ng has solid knowledge and experience in project management and is now our Commercial Director responsible for contract management.

Mr. Cyril So, graduated with a bachelor degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Hong Kong, has been engaged in sales &  marketing of air conditioning, mechanical and building automation systems for considerable years.  Prior to joining Southa in 2008, he held key business development positions in well-known public listed engineering and home appliances companies in Hong Kong and China. He leads the Group’s business development now and manages our Building Automation Division and O&M Division as well.

Mr. Andy Wong joined Southa in 2019 and is the CFO of the Group. He is responsible for the financial management, treasury and corporate governance functions of the Group. He has extensive experience in accounting, auditing, acquisition and financial management. 

Mr. Wong is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder.

Mr Kenny Wong joined Southa in 1993. He obtained his professional qualifications through continuous studies and is recognized as a  role model for all young engineers. He has over 25 years experience in the building services sector and has significant accomplishment in many mega-size combined-service projects.

Mr. Samuel Wong joined Southa in 2006 and has more than 25 years experience in mechanical and building services installation. He is now our Engineering Director and responsible for Fire Services and Plumbing & Drainage projects.

Ir W. M. Wong joined Southa in 1996 as an engineer trainee and completed the HKIE Scheme A training. With over 20 years experience in building services industry, he obtained his professional qualification and membership of various societies. Mr Wong has completed numerous prominent projects such as Public Health Laboratory Centre and Liantang/Heung Yuen Wai Boundary Control Point.
