After the booming property market came to an end at the turn of the Century, the local building industry has become increasingly competitive. As the saying goes “when the going’s tough, the tough gets going” when many of our lesser competitor cease to exist, Southa thanks largely to solid foundation built over the years, moves on from strength to strength, as can be seen from both our increasing turnover and employee’s growth. With contracts spreading over a lot more engineering fields than solely relied upon building electrical and HVAC works.
業者也大有人在,在汰弱留強之形勢下,南龍憑根基穩固脫穎而出,在二十一世紀取得工程之質與量,均比對有所增長。更可喜的是業務更趨多元化,脫離依重屋宇設備工程之局。

We had in the past introduced a lot of technical novelties to the local market, like ammonia chiller for HVAC, fully automated AGV for cremation, Fire simulator for Fire fighter practice etc. These we have to continue. But most importantly, we have to become the “ Ideal E&M partner “ of construction firms and client, seeking technical and professional services of the highest order rather than just cutthroat price. We are committed to provide quality services in everything we do, giving our clients the best value of what they had paid for, through setting new standard of excellence and integrity.
